The dress is made out of Necessities Courtesy Bags. It was done by a student at Grinnell college and titled “I Didn’t go to the Prom”. I believe I have that right. It’s really beautiful.

Maybe if she hadn’t made her dress out of Necessities Courtesy Bags, she maybe could have gone. Like maybe Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, or I know! Spree wrappers!
