The NOISE

I am experiencing noise issues. No, not the voices in my head. They are all still maintaining a low constant hum. The noise is in my images. It it not really noticeable on a small scale but when you look at them at 100% on the monitor you can see it. I have no idea how to fix this. I have looked at workflow solutions and they are a long tedious process that is just not realistic. I have also been very careful about shooting with a low ISO with good lighting conditions. And again, not always realistic. I even have a new camera which isn’t very realistic but I wanted it anyway. I recently bought a 30D. My next solution is software. I will be looking at Noise Ninja first. Any thoughts?
